We use your number and details only to reply to you about Misdirect Automation — including the single demo text you request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Messages and bookings are handled by reputable providers (such as Twilio for messaging and Cal.com for bookings) under their own security and privacy terms. We keep what we collect only as long as needed to help you.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email admin@misdirectautomation.com and we'll sort it.

These terms cover your use of this site and the Misdirect Automation service. Booking a demo or submitting the form doesn't create an ongoing contract — paid service begins only once you've agreed to a plan in writing.
Misdirect Automation sets up and runs missed-call text-back and booking automation for your business. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in; you can cancel any time, though founding rates don't return once cancelled.
If the system doesn't book you a job within the first 30 days of going live, you won't be charged for the following month. The guarantee applies to active, correctly-configured setups using your real business number.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for holding any licences your trade requires. We're not a party to the jobs you book through the system.
